yeah! i bought a new lappy last saturday. bought acer again.. =.= actually dun wan to buy acer de, but i saw the specs quite good. and the promoter said for computers, brands doesnt matter, because for every brand, they're using the same processor etc... it's a matter of heng/suay.. u heng, ur computer will last longer, if u suay, den it will breakdown very quickly.. O_O

but so far the acer i used previously is quite ok.. i have been using it for 4yrs (going 5) already. i bought a new one because i couldnt find my xp home edition recovery cd. i only have xp pro recovery, which wont copy some of the files upon recovery. and i tried recovering it back to vista, because this laptop was the first batch of windows vista. but the nxt day it became so laggy. as the ram is only 1GB (4yrs ago the highest ram was only 1GB), some more it's windows vista, which makes it even more laggy. it took me so long juz to start up the computer.

i havent been using much since i bought it. cos i was backing up, and i used up total of 7 dvds juz to backup everything! 3 dvds for Recovery, 1 dvd for Drivers and Applications, and another 3 for other files... O_O
