yesterday we went to singapore science centre to celebrate xy's bday. it had been so long since i last visited that place! haha.

we went to have our lunch at mcdonald's, den walked to the ticketing booth and fern came. so we bought the tickets together.

initially we wanted to buy the science centre + pixar exhibition tix, but it was too ex, so we only bought the science centre tix.

it was far better than wat we thought! i rmb the last time i went there, there was nth at all! but yesterday we went, we stayed there until it closed, and we were only starting to explore the 2nd level!

i tink we spent most of the time waiting for the chicken egg to crack. it was the first time i actually saw from a complete egg, cracking into a cute chick! ^^

another station we like best was the recording room. there are videos with some dialogue, and we have to make sound effect using the props given in the room. interesting!!! haha...

when we went up to level 2, we tried the "heartbeat machine". all we have to do was to put both our hands onto the handle, and the drum will beat according to our heartbeat. when i held the handle with both of my hands, the drum started to beat unusually and stopped occasionally. this shows that my heartbeat was unusual! i took off, and held the handle again. this time, the drum beat constantly and slowly, and it really beat like metronome! LOL! huahua den held the handle with her hands, it was beating extremely fast, and she took off her hands. haha! and xy put hers, the heartbeat was unusual. i put mine again, it was still beating constantly. cm said she wanted to try, and when she put her hands onto the handle, it beat a while and stopped. and den we realized they shut down the machine le.. =.=

we headed down to level 1. yt and fern went off first, and left only hua, cm, xy, phy and i. actually we wanted to eat Sakura as our dinner, but full-house, so we were in the waiting list. there were 3 waiting list before us. so we waited..... until we became hungry, we dun wan to wait anymore. we walked out of science centre and took bus 178 to JP. juz when we boarded the bus, the person from Sakura called and said we can go in le, but we said we left the place already. zzz...

we had Pepper Lunch for our dinner at JP. the queue is long, so we need to wait again.. =.= it was the first time i ate Pepper Lunch. everytime i pass by Pepper Lunch resto, i cannot stand the smell of pepper. but still i decided to try it. It was quite nice.. and we ate until very full! haha.

after eating, we chatted in the resto. we chatted abt Korean bands! haha. cos the tv in the resto was playing Korean MTVs. ^^

after tat we went home le, cos it was getting late, and each of us need to wake up early for work the nxt day.

recently i came across a Korean publisher, Guiyeoni, who published sad romance Korean novels. she was quite young only! it reminds me of Low Kay Hwa. i love his novels juz like hers! even though i haven read her novels yet, i can sense that the style was quite similar! they're so amazing! because both of them started to write stories when they were young! O_O

i wanted to get 2 of her novels; That Guy Was Splendid & To My Boyfriend! although i dun understand Korean yet, i always wanted to get Korean novels and try to read them. if i dun understand i can refer to the dictionary i bought that time. hehe.. maybe i shall juz look for the ebooks of these novels first. if really cannot find den i will buy the books ba... :/
