i went to see a chinese physician today. cos my foot really hurt for almost 2 weeks now, and each day it's getting worse. my mum accompany me to go. when i was registering, i saw jq's mum. haha. at first i din noe she was talking to me, until she repeated herself, i looked up. lol.

after registration, my mum and i went to have our dinner. after dinner i went to teddy bear bookstore to buy a box file to put my korean language materials. i need tat to keep my worksheets and to "protect" my workbook, so it wont get soaked by my water bottle, and wont be crumpled when i put in my bag for long. hehe.

after tat we went back to the clinic. and still have a few more patients before my turn, so we just sat there and watch TV show.

when it was my turn, the physician said i need to do acupuncture and den he will help me bandage my foot. after pulling my toes and pressing my foot, i dun felt any pain, so he said i might have hurt my muscles and nerve.

i just lied down on the bed and he started doing acupuncture. not 1, but 5!! while prickling in the needles one by one, he keep asking, "很酸hor? 很酸hor?" it was so painful!!! den i said, "not 酸~ 很痛!!" =.=

i lied flat there for 30min. and i almost fell asleep.. zzz... in between, i really felt like my foot was a roasted pig throtter. cos it has already swollen, and now it was heated with some kind of heater, my whole body really felt so warm!! it even left some marks on my leg! i really felt the pain when the physician wiped away my blood with the alcohol swab.

after he helped me to bandage my foot, i really got difficulties in walking! it was even more painful than usual! i was grabbing my mum's hand real hard in order to walk properly. haiz. and she was complaining i grabbed her too hard. lol.

yes. serve me right... who asked me to continue running for another 4 rounds after i felt the pain on my foot for the 1st round, and yet i keep jumping while running. after running i still practice dance steps with wl, which oso involved alot of jumping. haiz!!!
